The Husband is hereby required to trdns~er to the Wife ~y Quit-
Claim deed, wi~hin ten (14) da_ys of the date of ~his Qrder, the
above described praperty and, should~the Husband fail to execute ~
said Quit-Claim deed w?.thin said ten (10) day period, ~hen this
_ Orcier sha11 act as a complete divesture of any of the Husband's
- right, title, and interest i:~ the abovz. described property and this ~ ~
Judgment shall act as a conveyanc~ of all the Husband right; ~itle
_ and interest in said property to the Wife. Further, it is hereby
ordered that the furni~ure and furnishings located_within the above
described mari~al home shall be the sole and exclusive proper~y of
the Wife, free from any claim of entitlement or interest by the

3. MUTUAL RESTR.AINING ORllER : The Court hereby ente"rs a
mutual restraining Order and directs that neither }~arty shall
hereafter annoy, harass, or in~erfere with ~he life, business or
~personai affairs of the other. If either party hereto violates this ~
~ Order, the Sheriff of this County or his deputies is directed to
; iuunedi.atel_y take the offen~ing par~y into custody, upon proper
affidavit of the non-offending part~, and bring that offending party
before this Court i~ediately to show cause why he or she ~hould not
be h~Zd in Contempt~of Court. _
4. ATTOR.NEY'S FEES: That the Husband shall pay to the law
, firm of Sullivan, Cobb, Sullivan, Orr & DeRoss the sum of $389.00 as
~ and fc~r attorneys fees and costs, said sum being derived as $39.00
for court costs and $350.00 as attarneys fees. Said sum shall be paid
to the law ~irm within sixty (50) days of the date of this Order. _
5. RETURN OF PROPERTY: That the Husband shall return ta the

. Wife within ten (10) days uf the date. of this Order, her gold ~iecklace ~-'s
f with pendant, described as the init~als "T.G.I.F.". -

6. :tESTORA.TION OF t~1AIDEN NAME : That from the date of the
signing of this Order and, in the future, the W~fe shall no longer
be known by the name of FP.IDAY FULFORD but shall rather be~known ~
