t marriage, and a default having been regularly entered by the

i ~ Clerk of this court upon respondent's failur e to answer or other-

; wise plead, and respondent having been personally served process,
the court, having heard testimony of WILI,IE Jr:AN BASS, petitioner,
and petitioner's witness and being otherwise fully advised, finds
