upon the Respondent's failure to answer or otherwise~pl~ad, and
~ the Court having heard the testimony of the Pefiitioner and her-
i ~ witness and being otherwise advised in the premises, makes tiie
~ following findin&s of fact: -

B. The marriage of the parties is irreTrievably ~roken.
Wherefore it ~s ORDEREn AND ADJUDGED that:

2. That the Wife shall be restored to her maiden
