the Clerk of this couzt shall sel the property at public
_ sale on the /Q~~ay of ,~.~82 at 11:00 a.m.
to the highest bidder for cash except as set forth below
at the east door of the courthouse in St. Lucie County,
~ Fort Pierce, Florida in accordance with F.S. 45.031.
4. Plaintiffs shall advance all subsequent costs of
_ this action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk ~
- if Plaintiff is not the purchaser of the property at the sale.
If Plaintiff is the purchaser, the clerk shall credit
Plaintiff's bid with the total sum with interest and costs
accruing subsequent to this judgment or such part of it as
is necessary to pay the bid in iull.
5. When filing the certificat~ of title, the clerk _
shall distribute the proceeds of sale as far as they are
. sufficient, by paying: _ first all. of Pla~.nti~fs' costs;
~ second documen~tary stamps affixed te the cer-tificate; third
Plaintiff s' attorneys fee; fourth the total sum due the ~
~ Plaintiffs less the items paid plus interest at the rate
~ prescribed by law from this date to the date of the sale;
and by retaining any amount remaining pending the further

_ 6. When filing their certificate of title, the ~

Defendants and all persons claiming under or against them
since the filing of the notice of lis pendens ar~ foreclosed
of all es~ate or claim in the property and the purchaser
~ at the sale shall be let into possession of tine property, _
subject to the one year statutory right of ~edemption
of the Defendant, UNITED STAT~S,OF AMERICA, SMALL BUSINESS
ADMINISTRATION. . _ - -
7. Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter ~:t
~ further orders as are proper including without limitations
writs of assistance, defici~ncy jud~ments and to det~rmine ~
