contingent wrongful death claim. ~
7. This estate will not be required to file a federal
estate tax return.
8. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent.
Petitioners request that WILLIAM C. VAN DECKER and LAURA VAN
DECKER be appointed personal representatives of the Florida estate
of the decedent.
