this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all
Wills and Cadicils at any time heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses be first paid out of my estate.
SECOND: It is my will and : direct that my remains be
interred in my plot in the Nillcrest Memorial Gardens and
Mausoleum, by the side of Mary Archibald, also known as Mary
Doinc,.
THIRU: I devise certain items of tangible, personal
property owned by me at my death, in the manner desrribed in the

! last dated writing made and signed by me for this purpose, which
is in existence at the time of my death. If there is not such a
~ writing in existence at the time of my death, then the remaining
tanqible, personal pro~~er*y shall become a part of th~ rest,

Huntingtan, Long Island, New York, in equal shares, share and

FIFTN: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint RUTN

Testament. If she fails to survive me, ceases to act or for any
reason fails to qualify as my personal representative, I then
