representative of this, my Will, be reyuired to furnish any surety
or sureties on h~r or his official bond as such.
SEVENTH: In extension, and not in limitation of the
powers given by law or by any other provisions of this Will, I
give to my personal representative the following powers, in each
case to be exercised or exercisable from time to time, in her or
his uncor~trolled discretion, without notice to any beneficiary and
without order, leave or license of Court, and I make the follawing
provisions with respect thereto:
A. To retain and to invest in any real or personal
pro~erty, whether the same was originally acquired by her or him
notwithstanding that any or all of the property so acquired or
retained is of a character or size whi~h would not be proper for
~ my personal representative in th~ absence of this express

: B. To carry on or part.icipate in the operation of any

business in which I have an interest at the time ~f my death
{whether or not such interest is in a partnership, corporation or
~ sole proprietorship), it being my intention that she or he shall

have such powers with resp~ct to any such interest as she or he

C. To buy, exchanqe, sell, lease, give options and make

f contracts (cor.cerning proper~y not specifically bequeathed or
4 devised} for such consideration and upon such terms as to credit
~ or other~ise as she or he deems desirable, which leases, optians
