CARD'S SUBDIVISION (Plat Book 4, page 62), and the
extension of said South line West to the right of way
of Florida East Coast Railway; and
Beginning at a point on the water's edge of Indian
River, which point is the SE corner of CARD'S SUB-
DIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4, ~
page 62, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
for point of beginning; thence run West alo~g the South I
line of said Card's Subdivision approximately 416.4 '
feet to the SW corner thereof, thence Southeasterly
along a line which is an extension of the West line of
Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5 of Card's S/D to a point which is
73 feet due South of said South line of Card's S/D;
thence East and parallel with the said South line of
Card's S/D to the water's edge of Indian River; thence
Northwesterly along said water's edge to the point of
' beginning; together with all riparian rights appurte-
nant thereto, EXCEPT right of way for Indian River
Drive;
Lot 5 of CARD'S SUBDIVISION, of a part of Section 26,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 4, at page 62, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
