1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
surviving spouse of the deceased. Petitioner's name and address are
Janice Waldinger, 5510-2E Paseo Del Lago, Laguna Hills, CA 92653;
and the name and address of petitioner's attorney are as set forth
at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, PAUL WALDINGER, whose last known address was
Veteran's Administration Hospital, Building 198, Chronic Care
Section, Memorial Drive, Waco, Texas 76703, and whose age was 69
years,and whose social security number is 106-12-2262, died on March
27, 1988, at Waco, McLennan County, Texas, and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in McLennan County, Texas. A death
certificate is attached.
3. So far as is known, the beneficiaries of this estate and
of the decedent's surviving spouse, their addresses and relationship
to decedent, their ages and the birth dates of any who are minors,
