November 20, 1981 accompanies this petition.
9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
Petitioner requests tr.at the decedent's last will be admitted
to probate and that petitioner be appointed personal representative
of the Florida estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
