~ hereby make, publish and declare this as and to be my Last ~

Will and Testament, hereby revoking any Wills and Codicils ;

~ at any time heretofore made by me. i

ARTICLE ONE i

I direct that all of my legal debts not barred by ~

the statutes of the State of Florida be paid as promptly as ;

practicable.
~ ARTICLE TWO
~ All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real or persor.al, and wheresoever situated, I give,
devise and bequeath to my wife, JANICE WALDINGER, if she
- survives me.
~ ARTICLE THREEE •
~ If my said wife should predecease me, or if we should

die as the resu~t of a common disaster, or if she should

~ fail to survive me by a period of thirty (30) days, then and
~
~ in that event, I divide my estate into three (3) equal
~
~ shares as follows:

~ A. ONE-THIRD {1/3) to my son, ARTHUR WALDINGER,
~ presently of Denver, Colorado, per stirpes; ,
B. OhE-THrRD (1/3) to my daugh~er, I~SIIRILYN COHN,
presently of Houst~n, Texas, per stirpes; and

C. ONE-THIRD {1/3) to my daughter, RUTH
