ARTICLE FOUR
In the event that my wife and I shall die as the
res~alt of a common disaster and there is not sufficient i

evidence that my said wife and I died otherwise than
simultaneously, it shall be presumed, for the Furpose of
disposition under this Will, that my wife survived me.
ARTICLE FIVE
I hereby nominate, constitute ar~d appoint my wife,

tr7i11 and Testament. In the event she should redecease me

or fails to serve for any reason, or having qualified, dies
or resigns before the administration of my estate has been
completed, then I nominate, constitutE and appoint my
daughter, MA,RILYN COHN as Personal Representative of this my
~ Last Will and Testament. My Personal Representative shall

Q~ not be required to past bond for the faithful performance of

her service in any jurisdiction.
