any and all claims, charges, debts and demands whatsoever, ~
against or in favor of my estate, and to make distribution ;

of my estate in cash or in kind, or partly in cash and ~

partly in kind, and to allocate assets other than ratably in i

making any such distribution; and to select according to ~

_ said Personal Representative's best judgment which assets of ;
the estate to sell, if needed, and which to distribute
pursuant to this my Last Will and Testament, without I
liability as to the capital gain effect of said sales, if
any, on my estate or the beneficiaries of my estate; and I
direct my Personal Representative to da each and every thing
or act proper in the full and complete administration of my
estate.
