WHEREAS, PAUL WALDINGER, a resident of the Veteran's
Adminis~ration Hospital in McLennan County, Texas, died on March
27, -1988, owning assets under the administration of St. Lucie
County Circuit Court Case Number 81-647 CP in the State of
Florida, and ~
Fv'HEREAS, JANICE WALDINGER has been appoir.ted personal
representative uf the estate of the decedent and has performed ,
all acts prereyuisite tc issuance of letters of administration in
the estate,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Circuit Judge, declare
.7ANICE h'ALDINGER to be duly qualified under the laws of the State
of Florida tc act as personal representative of the estate of
PAllI. WALDINGER, deceased, with full power tc administer the
. estate accerding to law; to ask, demand, sue for, recover and
receive the property of the decedent; to pay the debts of the
