20. l.ender in Posseufon. Upon acceleration under paragraph 19 or abandonment of thc Property, Lender (by
~udicially appo~nted receiver) shal) be entitled to enter upon, take posscs~ion of and manage the Property and to cc~lirct the
rents of the Prope~ty including thost past due. Any rents coltected by Lender or tht receiver shafl be applicd first to
payment of thr costs of management ~f the Property and collection of rents, including, but not limited to, receivrr's fees,
premiums on receiver's bonds and reasonable attorneys' fces, and then to th~ sums secured by this Securi~y lnstrument.
21. Release. Upon payment of al) sums secured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall release this Secunty
Instrument without charge to Borrower. Borrower shall pay any recordation costs.
22. Attorneys' Fees. As used in this Security instrument and the Note, "attorn~ys' fees" shall include any attarneys'
fecs awarded by an appeilate court.
23. Riders to this Seturity lnstrumtat. Itone or more riders are executed by Borrower and recorded together with
this Security Instrument, the covenants and agreements of each such rider shall be incorporated into and shall amend and
