20. Leader io Pestess~on. Upon acceleration under paragraph 19 or abandonment of the Property. Lender (by
judicially appointed receive~) shall be entitled to enter upon, take pos.session of and manage the Property and to callcct the
rents of the Property including those past due. Any rents collocted by Lender or the receiver shall be applied 6rst to
payment of the costs of managemcnt of the Property and colloc~ion of rents, including, but not limited to, rereiver's fecs,
premiums on receiver's bonds and reasonable attorneys' kes, and Ihrn to thc sums securtd by this Security lnstrument.
21. Release. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall release this Security
Instrument without char~e to Borrower. Borrower shall psy any recordation costs.
22. Attorneys' Fees. As used in thi~ Security Instrument and the Note, "attorneys' fees" shail inciude any attorneys'
fees awardod by an sppellate court.
23. Riden to thb Sernrity Iestrumcnt. If one or more riders are cxecuted by Borrower and recordcd together with
this Secunty lnstrumrnt, the covenants and agreements of each such rider shall be incorporated into and shall amend and
