and certain promises and obliqations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon

to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 62, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, FZorida.
hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaGtion of.said note and mortgage
deed, and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs th~ Clerk of
the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record,
