The legal descrip[ion of the real es[ate attached as F.xhibit A to the Mortgage is hereby deleted in its entirety and the legal description of ctic~ rt:a: estate set for?_h in Exhibit A attached to this Modification is hereby ~t~bsti[uted therefor. 4.
