FOR VAI.UE RECEIVED the undersigned promises to pay to ~
the orc~er of AL LEVROFF AI+~D GBRALDINB LBVKOFF, his wife, the +
principal sum of FIFTY TAOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($50,000.00),
toyether with interest thereon frcm date, at the rate of 14.9 '
per cent, per annum until maturity, said interest being payable ~
rnonthly on the 29th day of each and every month; both principal ~
and interest being payable in lawful money of the United States i
at 2450 N. E. 135th Street, North Niami, Florida 33181, or
at such other place as the holder hereof may designate in ;
writing. Said principal sum to be payable on the dates anci i
in the amounts specifiecl below, to-wit: i
The principal of this Note and al.l accruecl irtterest is
due anc~ payable on Jan~ary 29, 1989.
This t7ote may be prepaid in whole or in part: at the option I
of the maker without payment of penalty. ~
Each maker and endorser severally waives demand, protest
and notice of maturity, non-payment or protest and all
reyuirements necessary to hald each of them liable as makers
and endorsers.

~ Each maker and endorser further agrees, jointly and
severally, to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable
attarney's fees in case the principal of this note ar any payment
on the principal or any interest thereon is not paid at the
respective maturi~y thereof, ar in c~se it becomes necessary
~ to pr~test the security hereof, whether suit be brought or

~ This r.ote anc3 deferred interest payments shall bear interest
~ ~~t th~~ i-at~ of 1N ~ercent per annum from mat~rity until paic3.
This note is secure:~ by a Second Mortgage of evert date
' herewith and is to be construed and enforced accordinq to the
' laws of the State of Florida; upon deiault in the payment of
i principal and/or interest when due on any note secured by said
~ Mortgage, all notes so secured and remaining unpaid sh311
forthwith become due and ~ayable notwithstanding their tenor.
