8. Trustee ResponsibilitylReliance by Third Parties.
No Trustee hereunder shall be liable for any error of judgment
nor for any loss arising out of any act o£ omission in good
faith, but st~all be responsible only for Y?is own willful
breach of trust, t~o license of court si~all be a reouisite to
the validity of any transactian entered into by tr~e Trustee.
;:o purchaser or lerder shall be under any liability to see to
the applicati~n of tt?E purchase ~roney or of anl r~oney or
proFerty loaned er delivered to any Trustee, or to ~ee t}:at
t~:e ter::,s and conditions of this Trust r~ave been corpliec3 with.
Eve_y agreen;ent, bill ~f sale, a~signr:~er.t, lease, dc:ed,
~ Tortaage, r.ote or other instrurrent executed by any per:Un
appearing from the records a*_ any Registry to be a Trustee
hereunder, shall be conclusive evidence in favor of every
persor: relying thereon or claiming tt:ereunder tt:at, at the ~
ti::e of tt;e delivery thereof, this Trust k•as ir~ full force ar,ci ~

was duly dire~ted by the beneficiaries. Any person dealing '
