10. Action by Any One Trustee. It is expressly ~
understood that any one Trustee hereunder, acting alone, may
exercise any and all powers of the Trustee hereunder,
including, without limiting the ger,erality of the foregoir.g,
the execution of bills of sale, assignments, deeds, agreements, '
mortgages, notes, leases, and other instruments and contracts,
with the same force and effect as if the Trustee haci so acted.
Executed as a sealed instrument on the 25th day of
