The parties shall share ~arental responsibility, and the
Husband shall have reasonable rights to visitation with the
children.

~ 3. The Wife is awarded the temporary and exclusive

' possession of the 1985 Oldsmobile Stationwagon for he~ own

; transportation and that of the children. .

~ 4. Both parties are enjoined and ordered not to
remove, destroy, sell, encumber, or otherwise trensfer any

; of their real and personal property during the pendency of

~ this suit without court arder. This shall not extend to the
minor personal affect and toiletry items of the parties.

5. Both parties are enjoined and ordered not to make

~ or incur any further charges on their joint charge accounts

~ or other accounts that increases their joint obligations.
Each party is, however, free to make charges, loan;, or
otherwise on their separeta credit that does not in any wdy
