t 1. DISSOLUTION OF hiARRIAGE: The marriage between SHIRLEY
TOMMIE GOMEZ and LEONARDO GOt~EZ-CORDOVA be and the same is hereby

~ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever

~ freed from the bonds of r~atrimony heretofore e:tisting between

i triem and from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. PARENTAL RESPOI~SIBILITY: The parties shall share par-

~ ental responsibility of the minor child, TATIAt3A LUISA GOMEZ.

~ The Wife shall have the pric~iary physical residence of the said
minor child, subject to reasonable visitation rights of the
Hvsband. Each parent shall keep tY.e other advised as to his or
her permanent residence address and telephone nucnber at all times
and shall do nothing to alienate the affection of ttie child ~or
~ the other. The Husband is enjoined and restrained from removing
