3~ SUPPORT: Commencing on the 18th day of August, 1989
and continui~g on Friday of each successive week, the Husband
shall pay to the Wife the sum of $75,00 per week for the support
of the parties' minar child, TATIANA LUISA GOMEZ, 5aid payments
shall continue until said child attains eighteen (18) years of
age, becomes self-supporting, marries or dies, In addition,
there are hereby assessed statutory costs of $2.00 to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. F.acti payment shall be made to
the Clerl: of this Court and by him remitted promptly'to the Wife.
All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check at the Cashier's Office at St. Lucie County Courthouse,
Fort Pierce, Florida. Money orders or cashier's checks may be
ma~led to Douglas Dixon, Clerk, P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce, FL
34959, and shauld cantain the Case No. 88-1918-FR-O1 in the lower
left-hand corner of the monor order or cashier's ct~eck. Both
parties are ordered to keep t~he Clerk of this Court advised in
w~riting of their mailing and residential addresses at all times
while this Order is in effect. The parties shall promptly notify

the Clerk of the Court of all chanyes i.n his or her mailing and
~ residence addresses, and all changes in the names and address of
~ his or her employer. .

Pursuant to Florida Statute 409.2574 (Supp.), the employer
~ of Leonardo Gomez-Co~dova is hereby ordered to deduct on a

periodic basis, from the income due Leonardo Gomez-Cordova, child
~ support payments provided herein, and remit same, after deducting
~ its charge of $1.00 for handling, to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court. This income deduction provision shaZl not become effec-
tive until such time as Leonardo Gomez-Cordova is delinquent in
two child support payments. In the event that Leonardo Gomez-
