Cordova shall be so delinquent, and has been given 15 days notice
of said delinquency and failed to pay the same, then the wife or
her representative shall serve a copy of this Order upon the ~aid
employer by certified mail, return-receipt requested. Such ser-
vice shall be prima facie evidence that the above conditions have
occurred. Upon receipt of this Order the employer shall remit
payment forthwith as set forth herein. This income deduction
order shall be in addition to, not in lieu of, all other remedies
for collection af child support provided by Florida law.
Upon the payor. Leonardo Gomez-Cordova, falling in arrears
on any support payment, the Department of Health and Rehabilita-
tive Services is authorized to summon Leonardo Gomez-Cordova to `
appear and give a sworn statement as to his current employment
status and sources of income. Leonardo Gomez-Cordova may be
summone3 to appear before tHe Department of Health and Rehabili-
tative Services by Sheriff's service or by registered mail,
return-receipt requested, and the cost thereof shall be reimbur-
sed by the Payor. Failure of Payor to appear before the
Department of Health and Rehabiiitative Services after being
properly summoned, shall be deemed in contempt.of court and
punished as such.
The child support payments ordered herein are subject to
further orders of tYtis Court for income deduction pursuant to
I~ Section 61.181, Florida Statutes. Upon the payment of any

I support ordered herein becoming delinquent more than 30 days, the
~ Clerk of Court shall promptly apply for an Order of IncOme Deduc-
tion, if appropriate, or enforce the terms of this Order by any
civil or criminal remedies availab~e by law.
4. ATTORNEY'S FEES: The Court finds that the Wife is
unable to pay any of her attorney's fees and costs and that the ,
Husba~Q is gainfully employed and has the ability to pay the
Wife's attorney's fees and costs. The Wife's"attorney has expen-
ded over 10 hours in representing the Wife and a reasonable fee
is in *_he amount of $100.40 per hour. The Husband is ordered to
