THIS CAUSE having oome on to be heard before me for final hearing, and the
Court having examined the record and findinq that the cause is at issue, and
the Court further having taken the testimony of Petitioner and of a witness in
his behalf, and it appearing tha~ the Petitioner has been a resident of the
State of Florida for mare than s'~x months next to filing the Petition for
Dissolution of Marriage, and the Co rt further finding that the marriage of the
parties has been irretrievably broken and the Court being othen+?ise advised in
~ the premises, it is

! 1. Tfiat the parties are hereby granted a full and canplete diesolution of

~ marriage, a vinculo matri.monii, of and ~rora one another and that the bau]s of

~ matrimany existing between the Petitioner, Robert D. Pruitt, Jr., and the
~ Foespondent, Nancy P. Pruitt, and ~the same are hereby dissolved, and that th~

~ parties and each of them is hereby fre~d fraa the obligation th~reof.
` 2. That the primary physical residence of the micbor children of tihe

~ parties, to-wit: Rpbert Dean Pruitt, III, born Jtily 19, 1974, and Jo~hua ~

~ Pruitt, born 1,pri1 16, ].979, is hereby awarded to the wife with the parties

R st3aring parental responsibflity of said minor children as set forth in tbe
