'l~e Husband shall' pay to the Wife as support for the minoc child of the parties the sum ot 5100.00 pet week per child, with the first payment being due ~ on the ~ day of ~~(~?jrA/~P~/ . 1989 and said payments oontinuing to be ~ m,ade on the lst day of each succeeding month thereafter as m~re fully set forth in the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement executed by the parties and incorporated by reference herein. Such payments shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court at Post Office Box 700, Fort Pieroe, Florida 34954. IT IS FURTE~R ORDERED that the Eiusband shall promptly notify the Clerk of this Court of all changes in his mailing and residence address and all changes in the name and address of his e~loyer. IT IS E'UtZTFIER ORDERED that upon the Husband falling in arrears on any support payment, the Clerk of Court is authorized to summons the Husband to appear to give a s~?orn statement as to his current employment status and ' soucces of income. Zfie Husbar?d may be swuroned to appear before the Clerk by i { Sheriff's Service or by registered mail, return receipt tequested, and the cost thereof shall be reimbucsed by the H~sband. Failure of the Husband to appear I ~ before the Clerk after being properly s~ru?pned shall be deemed in Conte~t of I k Court and punished as same. ~ IT IS PUErTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the child support payments ordered ~ herein are subject to the Order of this Court for Income Deduction pursuant to ~ Sections 61.181 and 61.1301, Florida Statutes. A oopy of said Order for ~ ~ ~ ` Inc,~ome Deduction is attached hereto and incorporation herein. i 4. That the Separation and Property Settlement Agreerrent entered into by i ~ ! and between the parties hereto is incorporated into and made a pact of this ~ Final Jufigment of Dissolution of Marriage for all pucposes. i ; 9 5. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained fraa interfering ! with, hacassing or annoying the other and that said mutual restraining order ~ ~ sttiail be enforveable by the Sheriffs of tt~e State of Florida. ~ ~ 6.
