record and argumenLs c~f counsel.
. The Wife seeks $100.(lU per week i~i t.emporary spousal
support, which the Husbanci argues sh~ is not ~nti,tled ~o
anything.
It appears, and the Wifc admits, that somP of her necessacy
expenses are attr-ibutable to ~hildren not of this marriage who
reside with her. On the othei-'hand, she is having deducted from
her salary by mutual agreement, schaol expenses of the Husband's ~
children not of this marriage. In addition, there does appear to i

~ be income producing property which could well qualify as~ marital
~

i assets. There may well be special equity c2aims by the Nusband,
€
~ but under the new equitable distribution statute, there is a

` presumption of them being marital assets without special
~
; equities.

E 1. The Husband shall pay as temporary spou~al su~rt to
~ Wife, the sum of $50.OQ per week commencing December 21~ 1988, :

` until further order of this Court.
