- FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIACE
From the evidence and testimony presented at the final hear-
ing, the Court makes the following findings:
A. The wife filed her etition for Dissolution of Marriage ~
~
on February 12, 1987. At that time, she had been a resident of ~
the State of Florida for more than six months. ~
e. The parties were married to each other on August 30, ~

1983, in Ocala, Florida, and ceased living together as husband and ;
;
wife on May 24, 1986. ,
C. One child was born issue of the marriage. He;is Anthony
Joseph Lowman, born on March S, 1986. ~
D. The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken, and
no amount of counseling is reasonably likely to result in recon-
ciliation.
E. The wife is unemployed and on welfare. At the time of
the hearing, her sole income was $121 per month in AFDC benefits.

However, she anticipates that such benefits will soon increase to
$203 per month. The Husband is employed as a correctio~t?1 officer
at Marion Correctional Institute. His net monthly income, after
taxes and social security, is approximately $982.

F. It is in the best interests of the child that the parties
have shared parental responsibility, but that the primary resid-
ence of the child be with the Wife. The Husband should have
