of the child not covered by insurance. ~
K. The Wife wishes to be restored to her former name of
Theresa Marie Ricci. She has never been convicted of a crime under
her pre5ent name. has not declared bankruptcy under her present
name, has no judgments against her under her present aame and does
not seek to change her name for any improper purpose.
Accordingly, it is
~RLERED and ADJUDGED that:
1. The bonds of marriage between KENNETH RICHARD LOWMAN,
Husband, and THERESA MARIE LOWMAN, Wife, are dissolved and each
- party is restored to the status of being single and unmarried.
2. The parties shall have shared parental responsibility
of the child, Anthony Joseph Lowman. The primary residence of the
chi~d shall be with the cVife. The Husband shall have reasonable
visitation with the child, at~reasonable times and upon reasonable
advance notice to the Wife.
3. The Husband shall pay the sum of $110 every two weeks

! as and for child support until the child reaches the age of 18,
becomes self-supporting, marries or dies. Payments shall commence
R on July 23, 1987, and shall be made through the Domestia Relations

E Depository, Room 101, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, unless the

~ parties agree otherwise in writing. As additional child support,

{ the Husband shall be solely responsible for the followinq joint
~ debts, and shall hold the Wife harmless therefrom: Barnett Bank

~ loan--$2,200; CitiBank Visa--$1,040; Monroe Regional Medical Cen~
~ ter--$812; and Ocala Pediatrics--$170.

~ 4, The Husband shall maintain medical and dental~insurance
~ for the benefit of the child until the child reaches the,age of

, 18, becomes self-supporting, marries or dies. Medic~l ,~.tnd dental
expenses of the child not covered by insurance shall be 6hared
equally by the parties.

5. The Wife shall convey to the Husband all riqht or title
~ she may have to the 19'79 Camaro automobile now in the Husband's
r possession, and the Husband shall be solely responsible for, and
