above named PetiCioner. and an ex parte temporary injunction
having been rendered in this cause, and the Respondent having
been given notice of the hearing on this date, and the Court
having considered the testimony anc~ evidence presented, and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGE~ as follows:
