two child aupport payments. In the event that CARBY JACKSON ahall
be so delinquent and has been given 15 days notice of said
delinquency, Wife or her reNresentative, shall serve a copy of this !
Order upon the said employer by certified mail, return receipt ;

requeated. Such service shall be prima facie evidence that the above
conditions have occurred . Upon receipt of this Order, the employer
shall remit payment forthwi[h as set forth herei~. This incowe !
deduction Order shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, all other
remedies Por collection oP child support provided by ~'lorida Law .
Upon the payer, CAREY JACKSON, falling in arrears on any child
support payment, the Clerk of this Court is suthorized to summon
CAREY JACKSON to appear and give a sworn statement as to his
current employment status and sources of income. CAREY JACKSON
~ may be aummoned to appear before the Clerk ot Court by Sheritf's
~ service or regiatered mail, return receipt requested, and the coat
thereot shall be reimbursec~ by the payor. Failure of payor to appear

I betore the Clerk aPter being properly summoned shall be deemed in

~P conLempt of court and punished as such .

~ The child support payments ordered herein are subject to further
orders of thia Court for income deduction pursuant to Section 61.I81,
~
i F.S. (1984). Upon the payment of any support ordered becoming

` delinquent more than thirty ( 30) days ~ the Clerk of the Court shall
~ promptly apply for an Order of income deduction, if appropt~iate, or
~ enforce the terms ot this Order by any civil or crimirial remedfea
~
~ avatlable by law .

Respondent, CAR.EY JACKSON is allowed reaaonable vfsitation with
