ORDER uRANTING TEMPORARY RELIEF '
THIS CAUSE came before the Court on December 30, 1988, for I!
a continued hearing on temporary relief, both parties present and
represented by counsel. Prior to this hearing, the parties conducted
a-conference and resolved certain issues of temporary relief which
were placed on the record before the Court. The aqreement of the

~ parties is approved by the Coyrt, and with the Court being otherwise
~ I
~ fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

f 1. CUSTODY: The temporary primary physical residence of
E
~ the parties' minor child, to-wit: JOSEPH WILLIAM KENNEDY, born
~ February 12, 1986, shall be with the Wife, reserving to the Hushand
~
~ all rights of shared parental responsibility and visitation in
E accordance with the Court's Standard Schedule, attaehed as Exhibit
i
~ ~~A~~ . .

~ The first weekend visitation of the Husband shall commence

~ Friday, January 6, 1989 and alternate in accordance with the schedule
~
~

; thereaf ter. As a condition to exercising overnight visitation, and
~ due to the current medical condition of the parties' minor child, the
~
~ Husband shall consult with a qualified medical technician as to the
proper use and instructional operation of the machine used to give
the child his daily medication associated with his lung condition.
Additionally, the Husband shall become familiar with the proper
, ~
dosage of inedication~needed by the child, for which the Wife shall at
R all times keep the Husband fully advised of any changes in the amount
~

or nature of the medi ation as prescribed by the child's physicians.
