. r 2. CHZLD SUPPORT: As temporary support, the Husband

shall pay the Wife in accordance with present guidelines the sum of

. t93.14 per week payable through the Clerk of Court, cotmnencing
Friday, January 6, 1989, and continuing weekly thereafter, together
with any statutory costs assessed by said Clerk. Additionally, the
Husband shall also pay direct to the Wife the sum of 542.90 per week
for daycare costs provided the child continues to attend daycare. i
3. EXCLUSIVE USE OF MARITAL HOME: The temporary
exclusive use of the parties' former marital home located at 1072 SE
Floresta, Port St. Lucie, Florida, presently titled in the Husband's
na,~ne is hereby awarded to the Husband. The Wife shall be entitled to. ~
remove all of her personal belongings and those of the child to her
• new residence.
. On vacating the former marital home, however, the Wife
previously removed various items of furniture, household goods, and
; other items of personal property which are now either in storage or
at the wife's residence. pn Saturday, December 31, 1988, the
~
parties' shall be required tv meet at the storage facility to
inventory all items removed by the Wife, and the Wife shall further ~
Y
be required to compile a complete accounting and list of all items ;
she now has at her residence and furnish same to the Husband. If the ~
parties are unable to agree to a temporary division of any of the
furniture, household goods, or other personal property during the
pendency of this action, either party may submit the issue to the
i ~
Court for decision. In the event payments are due on` any item of
i
personal property, or the same having been purchased on credit, the
,
; party receiving the temporary possession of said property shall be
~ responsible for the payments pending final hearinq.

A. MEDICAL COVERAGE: The Husband shall continue to
i
~ insure the parties' minor child under his group coveraqe at his place
i
' of employment, and both parties shall coaperate in filing claims. If
a party extends payment to any health care provider in advance of
f
reimbursement'from the insurance carrier, then that portion of the
.
advance payment reimbursed shall be immediately forwarded to said
party.
