DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
T~fIS CAUSE came on for trial on the 18th day of September,
. 1989, and the Court havin~3 given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and detcrmines:
'fhis Court has jurisdiction of the partie~ and subject
matCer of this suit; that the relation of Fi~sband and Wife now
exists between the parties;, and that the marriage between the
~
parties is irretrievably brokc~n and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon,
~ ORDERED AND ADJTJDG~:D as f ol lows :
~ 1. DISSOLUTIUN OF M1~RRIRGL•'. The marriage between

~ }iORTENSE C. NOBLE and ROBERZ' T, iJOBI.E: be and tl~e same is hereby

~ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever

freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between

` them and from the abligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY. The parties shall share
' parental respor.sibility of their minor child, NORBERT NOBLE.

F The Wife shall have the primary and physical residence of the
~ said minor child subject to the following minimum visitation:

~ entire Christmas break in even numbered years from day after
~
' school lets out until until the day hefore school recommences;
entire Spring break every year from day after school lets out
until d~y before school recommences; and one month in the summer
which the Husband can divide into 2 two week s~gments not to
~ interfere cvith Sea Warld Casnp. Each parent shall keep the other
