4. PROPERTY. Ttie Mediation Agreement dated August 18,
1989 is admitted into evidence and incorporated herein by
reference. The parties are ordered to comply with the provisions ~
thereof .

5. RESTRAINING ORDER. The parties are hereby enjoined from I
interfering with, harassing, annoying or otherwise coming Sbout
t2~e other. This Order shall be enforced by the Law Enforcement
Officers of the State of Florida, the St. Lucie County Sheriff's
Department, the Fort Pierce Police Department and ~ny other
subdivisions or municipalities of the State of Florida.
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the
I parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
