Pursuant of Florida Statue 48.27 and 48.29 the following
" persons are specifically eligible and qualified to serve as
Process Servers in this circuit and are herewith designated
Certified Process Servers. This designation authorizes the
t person so designated to serve initial nonenforceable civil
~ process on a person found within this Circuit when a civil action
; has been filed against such person in the Circuit or County
~
~ Courts of the Circuit. In addition the person so designated may
~ serve foreiqn process in this Circuit. This Order shall be
~ amended as additional names are presented to the Court for

~ certification and approval.
