The Clerks of the Circuit Court of this Circuit are
~ authori2ed and directed to issue an identification card ~o each
~ of the above listed Certified Process Servers bearinq his
~ identification number, printed name, signature, photograph, Seal
~ of the Circuit Court, and an expiration date which shall be one

~ year from issuance assuming such identification cards are
~
available. The Clerks may charge a reasonable fee for this
service.
