PARTIAL RELEASE OF I~OR7'G~GE
AND REI,?~TED DOCUMENTS
WNEREAS, FLARIDA NATIONAL BANK, a National Banking Association, ~
(hereinafter referred to as "Mortgaqee"), is the owner and holder ~
of a certain Mortgage and Security agreement (hereinafter referred ~
to as "Mortgage"), dated July 15, 1988, and recorded July 20, 1988, ~
in Official Records Book 595, Page 1827, Public Records of 5t. ~
Lucie County, Florida; and ~
WHEREAS, the above referenced Mortgage was executed by Harbour
Ridge, Ltd., a Florida Limited Partnership, as Mortgagor,
(hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagor"); and
WHEREAS, Mortgagor has requested Mortgagee to release the
premises hereinafter described, being a part of the mortgaged
premises, from the lien and operation of the Mortgaqe.
NoW, THEREFORE, Mortgagee, in consideration of the premises and
the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) paid by Mortgagor at the time of ~

executian hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledqed, does ;
remise~ release, quitclaim, exonerate and discharge from the lien ;

and operation of the Mortgage, the land and improvements to the '

' extent that it is part of the property encumbered by the Mortgage '
described as:
UNZT 10, WEST HAMMOCK VILLAGE, HARBOUR RIDGE PLAT ?JO. 9,
~ according to the Plat thereof on file in the Office of the
~ Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, recorded in Plat Book 27, Pages 1 through 1D.

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, to the

g Mortgagor freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of
~
~
~ the Mortgage, and every part thereof to the extent that it is a
~
~ part of the property encumbered by the Mortgage, provided, that
~
f nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish
~
a the effect, lien or encumbrance of the Mortgage on the remaininq
part of the property encumbered by such Mortgage, not hereby
released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder
hereof.
This instrument shall also operate as a partial release of
Mortqagee's security interest in the propertiea deecribed in those
