described in the Finan~ing Statemen~s are part of the property
hereby relea~ed. This instrument shall also operate as a partiaa
release, as to the property released hereby, from the terms and
provisions of that certain Collateral Assignment of Rents and
Leases recorded in Official Records Book 595, Page 1867, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to the extent that the
property described therein is part of the property hereby released.
