certain Financing Statements recorded in Official Records Book 59~,
Page 1877, and Official Records Book 595, Page 1885, Public Records
of St. Lucie Coiinty, Florida, to the extent that the properties
described in the Financing Statements are part of the property
hereby released. This instrument shall also operate as a partial
release, as to the property released hereby, from the terms and ~
provisions of that certain Collateral Assignment of Rents and
Leases recorded in Official Records Book 595, Page 1867, Public ~
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to the extent that the
property described therein is part of the property herehy released.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Mortgagee has caused these presents to be
executed in its name and its seal to be affixed by its proper
