PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
AND RELATED DOCUMENTS
WHEREAS, FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK, a National Banking Association,
(hereinafter referred to as "Mortqagee"), is the owner and holder
of a certain Mortgage and Security Agreement (h~reinafter referred
to as "Mortgage"), dated July 15, 1988, and recorded July 20, 1988,
in Official Records Book 595, Page 1827, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the above referenced Mortgage was executed by Harbour
Ridge, Ltd., a Florida Limited Partnership, as Mortgagar,
(hereinafter re=erred to as "Mortgagor"); and
WHEREAS, Mortgagor has requested Mortgagee to release the
premises hereinafter described, being a part of the martgaged
premises, fro~ the lien and operation of the Mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, Mortgagee, in consideration of the premises
and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) paid by Mortgagor at the time
of execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,.
does remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and discharge from the
j lien and operation of the Mortgage, the land and improvements to
4! the extent that it is part of the property encumbered by the

! Mortgage described as:

~ UNIT 54, BUTTONBUSH VILLAGE, HARBOUR RIDGE PLAT NO. 13,
~ according to the Plat thereof on file in the Office of the
~ Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, recorded in Plat Book 28, Pages 3 to 3H.

~ TO HAVE AND TO NOLD the same, with the appurtenances, to the
~ Mortgagor freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of
~
~
~ the Mor~gage, and every part thereof to the extent that it is a
~ part of the property encumbered by the Mortgage, provided, that
~
~ nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish
~
~ the effect, lien or encumbrance of the Mortgage on the remaining
part of the property encumb~red by such Mortgage, not hereby
released therefrom, or any 4f the rights and remedies af the holder
hereof.
; This instrument shall also operate as a partial release of
