PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE ~
AND RELATED DOCUMENTS
WNEREAS, FIARIDA NATIONAL BANK, a National Banking Association,
(hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee"~, is the owner and holder
of a certain Mortgage and Security Agreement (hereinaft.~r referred
to as "Mortgage"), dated July 15, 1988, and recorded July 20, 1988,
in (Jfficial Records Book 595, Page 1827, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and

WHEREAS, the above referenced Mortgage was executed by Harbour ~
Ridge, Ltd., a Florida Limited Partnership, as Mortgagor,
(hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagor"); and
WHEREAS, Mortgagor has requested Mortgagee to release the
premises hereinafter described, being a part of the mortgaged
premises, from the lien and operation of the Mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, Mortgagee, in consideration of the premises
and the sum of Ten Dollars ($20.00) paid by Mortgagor at the time
of execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and discharqe from the
lien and operation of the Mortgage, the land and improvements to

i to the Plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the j

~ in Plat Book 25, Pages 39-39b.

; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, to the '
~ Mortgagor freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of

the Mortgage, and every part thereaf to the extent that it is a

t part of the property encumbered by the Mortgage, provided, that
t nothinq herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish
s the effect, lien or encumbrance of the Mortgaqe on the remaining
part of the property encumbered by such Mortgage, not hereby
released therefrom, or any of the rights and rer~edies of the holder
hereof.
This instrument shall also operate as a gartial release of
Mortgaqee's security interest in the properties described in those
certain Financing Statements recorded in Official Records Book 595,
