thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 7, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

2. THAT AFFIANT was remarried to Veon Bell Spencer A/K/A
Veon B. Spencer July 10, 1977 , prior to date of
acquisition of title to the aforedescribed property, which
was acquired November 10, 1978 and that they remain
continuously married from that date up to and including
May 23, 1984, the date of death of said Veon Bell Spencer
A/K/A Veon B. Spencer.

i 3. THAT AFFIANT is the survivoring spouse of Veon B. Spencer
' A/K/A Veon Bell Spencer and he was one and the same as
