Before me, the undersiqned authority, duly authorized to administer
oaths and take acknowledments, personally appeared VIOLA F. LINDQUIST, ELMER
CASE and BAZEL B. CASE, who, after first being duly sworn and cautioned, did
depose and say as follows:
1. Affiant's are the the only persons interested as partners of
L& C I~vestments, a Florida general partnership, said partnership
being the owner of the real property described on the attached
Exhibit "A".
2. Affiant's approve the conveyance of said property from L& C
Investments, a Florida general partnership to Margaret F. Reed ~
with the Warranty Deed to be executed by Affiant's. ~
3. Affiant's affirm that L& C Investments, a Florida general ~
partnership is in qood standing under the laws of the State of ~
Florida, and has not been dissolved or liquidated as of the date
of this Affidavit.
That this Affidavit is made for the purpose of inducing Associated
i Land Title Group, Inc. to issue title insurance on the property
referred to in paragraph 1.
