recorded in Plat B~ok 8, page 61, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and go Bast 129.74 feet on the South
right-of-way of Orange Avenue, thence South 130 feet, thence
West 129.74 feet, thence North 130 f~et to the Point of
Beginning, said tract is se t out as Tract "A" unplatted in
Sharpe's Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 61, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, being a
Subdivision of the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SW
1/4 of Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 40 East (less the
West 30 feet thereof);
Excepting therefrom the North 15 feet deeded for road
