'fHIS QUIT CLAIM DEED, executed this ~ day of January~ 1990,
by I)OROTHY HENRY JENKINS, the unremarried widow of M. Vernon
Jenkins, Deceased, of D~ _~L~. ~7~ S?", Fr. P~~c'~, ~L, hereinafter
called the grantor, Party of the First Part, to DAVID H. JENKINS,
a sinqle man, and CLAUDINA L. JENKIIvS, a single woman, (who at the
time of the oriqinal deed were husband and wife) whose post office
address is 4270 N.E. 24th Street, Lighthouse Point, FL 33064,
hereinafter called the grantee, Party of the Second Part:
W I T N E S S E T H:
That said Party of the First Part, for and in consideration
of the si~m of TEN aND NO/100 (E1U.00) DOLLARS in hand paid by the
said Party of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledr;ed, does hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the
