BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
DOROTHY HENRY JENKINS, who being by me first duly sworn on oath
deposes and says:
1. That she is an adult over 21 years of age.
2. That she was married to M. Vernon Jenkins when she
acquired title to the following described real property:
Lot 12, Block 1 in Thumb Point, as per the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page
79, Publlic Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
b~ Warranty Deed recorded in Official Records Booi: 189, Page
112?, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3, That she had remained continuously and uninterruptedly
married to M. Vernon Jenkins from the time of the Deed referred to
" in Paragraph 2 above, until he and she, Dorothy H. Jenkins, deeded
the propert~° to David H. Jenkins and Glaudina L. Jenkins by Quit
Claim Deed recorded in Official Records Book 545, Page 1093, Public
i Records of St. Lucie Countv, Florida.
~ 4. That she i s one and the same person as the Dorothy H.
j Jenkins who executed the Quit Claim Deed recited in Paragraph 3
above.
5. That she remained continuously and ninterruptedly
married to M. Vernon Jenkins until his death on ~
6. That she has remained continuously and uninterruptedly
j single from the date of death of M. Vernon Jenkins until this date,
I being the same date as the instrument of conveyance from her to
