THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED, executed this ~ day of ~r3~ua~~11990,
by DAVID 4. JENKINS, a single man and CLAUDINA L. JENKINS, a
single woman, of 4270 N.E. 24th Avenue, Lighthouse Point, Florida
33064, hereinafter called the grantor, Party of the First Part, to
CLAUDINA L. JENKINS, a single woman, whose post office address is
~270, hereinafter called the grantee, Party of the Second Part:
W I T N E S S E T H:
That said Party of the First Part, for and in consideration
of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 (510.00) DOLLARS in hand paid by the

acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the
