WAItRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the K
day of January,
A.D., 1990 by CLAUDINA L. JENKINS, a single woman, whose post
office address is 4270 N.E. 24th Avenue, Lighthouse Point, Florida
33064, hereinafter called the grantor, to ROBERT MONEY and LAVONNE
B. MONEY, his wife, whose post office address is 1503 Faber Court,
Ft. Pierce, Florida 34950, hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the

siderations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey
